Blaufränkisch ist eine Rebsorte, die bereits seit dem 18. Jahrhundert bekannt ist. Heute wird sie hauptsächlich in Österreich und Ungarn angebaut.
Die Weine sind strukturiert, charaktervoll und sehr lagerfähig.
Handgelesen, spontan im Holzgärständer vergoren, ca. 3 Wochen Mazeration, dann gepresst und ca. 10 Monate in alten, kleinen Fässern ausgebaut.

Blaufränkisch is a grape that has been cultivated since the 18th century. Today it’s mostly planted in Hungary and Austria. Blaufränkisch wines are well structured, full of character and have a good ageing potential.
Handpicked, natural fermentation in wooden vat, ca. 3 weeks of maceration, then pressed and aged in used Barriques for 10 months.
